Should online students have more academic support?
Studying online can sometimes feel different from being in a classroom where help is available nearby. During one course, I thought about someone to take my online class and also considered what kinds of support students actually need. Clear instructions, timely feedback, and easy access to learning materials made a noticeable difference for me. I think good support should help students stay involved with their course. What type of online class support do you value most?
